Saxophonist Benjamin Herman takes a break from his New Cool Collective for a guest performance with another great band, formed by enthusiastic students of the Conservatory of Utrecht. This HKU Big band strives for the ideal big band sound: versatile, close-knit and with perfect timing. The band traverses different styles and genres in a surprising repertory that regularly goes off the beaten path.
