Harold López-Nussa, the great promise of Cuban jazz piano, is counted among ‘Havana’s new breed of fiery jazz musicians’ (Downbeat). As a classically trained prodigy he chose to play Afro-Cuban jazz and became pianist with diva Omara Portuondo. With David Sánchez, Christian Scott and Stefon Harris he formed the sensational project ninety Miles. He is now presenting a new band, which features his father, brother and uncle and a star appearance by Carlos Miyares, saxophonist with Chuco Valdés.
