HARMEN FRAANJE QUARTET

Nelson Veras-guitar, Harmen Fraanje-piano, Thomas Morgan-bass, Martijn Vink-drums

Pianist Harmen Fraanje seeks challenges in diversity; he plays in jazz groups with Jesse van Ruller and Eric Vloeimans, while at the same time collaborating with classical pianist Igor Roma and singer-songwriter Charlie Dee. Recently he played compositions by Ernst Reijseger for the soundtrack of the new film My Son, My Son, What Have Ye Done by Werner Herzog and David Lynch. This month he plays the Bimhuis with The Ploctones and with his own quartet.
