GRANT STEWART QUARTET

With his mighty sound and inventive solos Grant Stewart is a worthy successor of the giants of the tenor sax who have traversed jazz history. This contemporary ‘tough tenor’ was mentioned as a Rising Star in the Downbeat Critics Polls from 2008 until 2012. ‘An invigorating player when he relaxes and cuts loose’ (Penguin Guide to Jazz).
