GRADUATION JAZZ FESTIVAL

Eleven, second-phase students of the jazz department or the Music Conservatory of Amsterdam will present themselves during the Graduation Jazz Festival. They can hardly be called students anymore because they already have a serious music career. During the closing concerts at the Bimhuis they will show their own interpretations and own work in a multitude of styles and various settings; from improvised music to Latin jazz, from bebop to funk, from trio to big band. The following musicians bring their own bands: Susanna Staber (vocals), Herwin Lokken, Ellister van der Molen (trumpet), Christoph Busse (piano), Filippo Castelazzi, Guillermo Celano, Niels Bjerg (guitar), Moritz Kaulfers, Pheadra Kwant (bass guitar), Niti Ranjan Biswas (percussion), Bob Maddah (drums)
