Ken Vandermark, a saxophonist who plays a pivotal role in the Chicago jazz scene regularly collaborates with Norwegian musicians. Vandermark, bassist Ingebrigt Håker Flaten and pianist Håvard Wiik create spatial, open music, without drums in Free Fall.
