FRED HERSCH SOLO

Three years ago, the New York pianist Fred Hersch, ‘one of the small handful of brilliant musicians of his generation’ (DownBeat), played two evenings in the Bimhuis. On the first night he performed with Han Bennink and Michael Moore, on the second night he played solo.
