German-Argentinean composer Mauricio Kagel, one of the 20th century’’s most important composers, has written many works for trio. This concert will feature two of them, Trio in drei Sätzen by Fresco Pianotrio and Dressur by Schlagtrio Köln. Trio Baars/Moore/Van der Voort will play arrangements by Rouppe van der Voort of compositions by Kagel as platforms for brand new spontaneous improvisations.
