ERIKA STUCKY & SINA – TOLUHEISCHIS VORLÄBU

Erika Stucky is definitely one of the most original voices in the international jazz scene. ‘A theatrical vocalist but performing in such a relaxed and casual way that she never goes over the top. Sometimes comical but just as touching. You could have heard a pin drop in the Bimhuis before the audience broke out in a standing ovation.(This is what the Volkskrant wrote about Stucky’s Bimhuis debut in 2004). In Toluheischis Vorläbu she worked together with Swiss pop star Sina and American tuba player Jon Sass. There will also be Super 8 films projected, with characteristic comments from the vocalists.
