ERIKA STUCKY – BUBBLES & BANGS

A more original vocalist than the American-Swiss performer Erica Stucky is not easily found. In the documentary Heimatklänge she paid tribute to the art of yodelling, which stems from her homeland. Stucky is a superior entertainer, who overwhelms and stupefies audiences with theatrical artistry and eccentric renditions of popular songs, by the likes of such artists as Nirvana, Queen or Eminem. ‘Serious fun’ (Rolling Stone).
