No one can build a more thrilling and rhythmic Balkan party than the legendary Boban Marković Orkestar. Known for the filmscore to Emir Kusturica’s award-winning Underground (1995) and Black Cat, White Cat (1998) and their presence at the top of brass music for over thirty years.

‘I didn’t know you could play the trumpet!’ Miles Davis apparently said when he heard Boban Marković play. Not surprising Marković won the prestigious ‘First Trumpet’-prize five times at the Guča Trumpet Festival in Serbia. With his eight-headed horn section and two percussionist Marković builds a awesome, swirling party.
