BL!NDMAN

The ensemble BL!NDMAN is made up of four quartets. The three part concert series Kwadratur stages surprising interactions between the musicians. BL!NDMAN juxtaposes old with new music, acoustic with electronic instruments and classical with alternative techniques. In Cube the musicians will take the audience along on an audiovisual trip through the whole building, bringing together sound, light and architecture. The Flemish collective BL!NDMAN consists of the innovative saxophone quartet of Eric Sleichim, extended with three young quartets with drums, voices and strings, respectively BL!NDMAN’s visual and theatrical performances makes new music and sound art accessible to everyone. The performances are both innovative, as well as grounded in well-known music from the past.
