In the year of 1995, a couple of improvisors discovered a mutual secret, the love for folk music in every possible manifestation: Dutch, Irish, Scottish, bluegrass, country and African varieties. They decided to bring it on stage with the free spirit and unpredictability of jazz. Because they all grew up in the 60’s and 70’s, a certain rock influence is inevitable, add a rustic atmosphere and a sense of humor and what you get is: Bite the Gnatze.
