BENJAMIN HERMAN QUARTET GET IN

It’s becoming a tradition: for the third consecutive year the Benjamin Herman Quartet plays the Bimhuis in December. In its current line-up Jesse van Ruller plays guitar, as he did on Herman’s most recent CD Blue Sky Blond. The quartet Get In is named after the CD Herman made ten years ago with the legendary funky drummer Idris Muhammad and guarantees a stiff dose of steaming funk jazz.
