Inspired by her own nomadic quest around the globe, Uruguay-born singer Beatriz Aguiar demonstrates the musical link between Latin America and Southern Europe, which was established by gypsies, African slaves and immigrants. Special guest is the Italian performer Ricardo Tesi, who took the accordion from its traditional folk dance idiom, gaining world wide success with his playing and composing.
