Fiday night is duo night with three premieres. The meeting between trumpet player Angelo Verploegen and pianist Jeroen van Vliet is a preview on their collaboration in a carte blanche project of Verploegen that will take place next year. After this, the first (piano) duo of master improvisers Misha Mengelberg and Cor Fuhler, followed by a, no doubt, warm and passionate performance of Antillean pianist Randal Corsen and Brazilian vocalist (Zuco 103) Lilian Vieira.
