The Amsterdam Marimba Weekend is all about the melodic percussion instrument marimba, welcoming virtuoso players as well as trail-blazing composers. The final concert of the four day festival will take place at the BIMHUIS and will be presented by organizer Tatiana Koleva, internationally renowned as an excellent performer and ambassador of the marimba.

Leading international musicians will perform in a program featuring various combinations and genres – jazz, West African traditional music, chansons, flamenco, contemporary/experimental and improvised.
