In groepen van John Zorn, Bill Frisell, oudgedienden Lee Konitz en Jim Hall, en vele anderen tovert hij ongekende melodische nuances uit zijn slagwerk. Net als in 1990 betreedt Baron het Bimhuis-podium voor een solo-concert.
