Sindsdien maakte hij een reeks cd’s op Blue Note, waaronder de klassieker ‘Rendez Vouz’ met Cassandra Wilson. ‘Mr. Terrasson plays precise vamps, broken up by Thelonious Monk quotations and short melodic improvisations, that can go on for extended periods: it’s his way of treating the piano like tuned drums.
