2004 is the year of American presidential elections. This concert is part of a number of cultural manifestations in which the Americans, residing in the Netherlands, are called up to use their right to vote. In a various program (put together by Adrienne West and Michael Moore). American ex-pat musicians will perform in existing groups and occasional formations with a repertoire from jazz to sprirituals to folk music.
