Timbazo is a dazzling latin band that guarantees an exuberant dance party. The international group unites the intensity of Cuban timba with jazz and ‘salsa dura’. Band members originate from Colombia, Cuba, The Netherlands, Germany, US, Puerto Rico, Venezuela and Curacao. Founder Nils Fischer, one of Europe’s best percussionists, selected a top line-up featuring three amazing salsa singers.

Timbazo’s first album ¡Gracias Joe Cuba! shook the foundations of the salsa world and was chosen best salsa album of the year by the international press. After numerous concerts at among others North Sea Jazz and many great summer festivals the band now presents the smashing new album Rumberos a Montón.
