During the Dutch Jazz & World Meeting 31 prominent Dutch bands and artists will present themselves at various locations in Amsterdam. The three day event starts at Bimhuis with a meeting between legendary alto saxophonist Lee Konitz and pianist/composer Guus Janssen, pioneer of New Dutch Swing. Following this unique duet, The Ex will show that guitar noise and African sounds are not at odds. The band will perform with Ethiopian musician Afework Nigussie and trombone maestro Wolter Wierbos.
