OPEN STAGE DAG VAN DE KAMERMUZIEK

This year, Muziek Centrum Nederland will once again be organizing the Dag van de Kamermuziek (The Chamber Music Day) in the Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ and Bimhuis. The Dag van de Kamermuziek is the annual meeting for all chamber music professionals. This year the Open Stage Concerts will once again be held in the Bimhuis. The Open Stage provides listeners with an outstanding and varied survey of Dutch chamber music by means of a series of short concert presentations. Taking part are both young, up and coming contest winners as well as those musicians who have already made an international name for themselves. Presenter Hans van den Boom will introduce each ensemble with a short interview. The programme includes Ragazze Kwartet, Folke Nauta, The Northern Consort, Rubens Kwartet, Johannes Möller, Egidius Kwartet, Wolfert Brederode and Joost Lijbaart.
