Fábia Rebordão is proving herself as the newest fado sensation. As the niece of the absolute queen of fado, Amália Rodrigues, the very young singer has to deal with high expectations. She will perform with Jorge Fernando, the guitarist of Amália Rodrigues who has discovered such stars as Mariza en Ana Moura. Fábia’s warm alto voice contains remarkable depth and emotionality despite her youthfulness. ‘The future of Fado is written with an F for Fábia’ (Jornal de Notícias).
