At the New Year’s Eve special of the Brokken Festival, guitarist Corrie van Binsbergen presents highlights from the past season of CLUB100, plus a festive special to celebrate the turn of the year, featuring well-known guests alongside many new ones.
Since 2006, Corrie van Binsbergen has been organizing musical encounters at the Amsterdam’s Zaal 100, the venue for ‘unheard sounds’. The past three years she has adopted the moniker CLUB100: with the help of young musicians she gives a free rein to new talents as well as established names from improv, pop, jazz, contemporary music and more. ‘The Brokken festival broadens your horizon’ (het Parool).
