Bart Wirtz is one of the leading Dutch saxophonists of his generation. With his flexible style and open spirit he travels the whole spectrum from free to funk and hard bop to nu-jazz. He has performed with such bands as Monsieur Dubois and Artvark SQ, as well as the Rotterdam Jazz Orchestra. For his new CD iDreamer he put together a dream band with top musicians from New York.
